Your appointment at fizion is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment in due time.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in case of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a reservation fee of 40.00 EUR.
In case of illness, injury, or other unexpected circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible. Each situation is considered reasonably and individually.
