Gregor ČADEŽ, DO, PT
Physiotherapist and Doctor of Osteopathy | Specialising in chronic pain, headaches and functional disorders
I most often work with people whose symptoms keep returning, persist over time, or do not improve despite previous treatment.
A significant part of my work focuses on body pain, headaches, neck and lower back pain, spine-related conditions and recurring functional disorders.
In treatment, I do not look only at the painful area. I am interested in how movement, the nervous system, loading, posture, breathing, lifestyle and the relationship between stress and the body may contribute to a person’s symptoms. The goal is therefore to understand the factors behind the problem, not only to temporarily reduce symptoms.
In my clinical work, I combine physiotherapy, osteopathy, manual therapy, dry needling, neurorehabilitation and a clinically oriented understanding of movement and human function.
These experiences also led to the development of my IMA Method – an individually tailored approach that combines detailed assessment, treatment and gradual improvement of function.
I specialise in the treatment of chronic lower back and neck pain, headaches, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), and complex or recurring musculoskeletal problems where simple solutions are often not enough.
The goal of treatment is not only to reduce pain, but to support long-term improvement in function, greater confidence in movement and a better understanding of one’s own body. This is why the connection between movement and health plays an important role in my approach.
I completed a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree through an international postgraduate programme. I continue my professional development through advanced education in osteopathy, neurorehabilitation, manual therapy and needle-based interventions.
I created fizion as a space for precise, calm and individualised care. The approach is based on understanding the individual, identifying the factors contributing to the problem and developing a plan that supports long-term functional improvement.
Treatments are available in Ljubljana, in Ptuj and at home by arrangement. Regardless of location, the goal remains the same – to understand the cause of the problem and create an individually tailored treatment plan.
